Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with Knoka. If something went wrong or the Service did not meet your expectations, we're here to help. This policy describes when refunds are available and how to request one.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are available for:

• Technical failures: Confirmed service outages that prevented you from using core features
• Billing errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts
• Unauthorized charges: Charges you did not authorize
• Annual plans: Requested within 14 days of purchase and with minimal usage

Refunds are not available for:

• Credits or session time already consumed
• Monthly subscriptions after the billing period has started
• Change of mind after active use of the Service
• Account suspensions resulting from Terms of Service violations

3. Subscriptions and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

For annual plans cancelled within 14 days of purchase with minimal usage, we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, we may offer a pro-rated credit for unused months at our discretion.

4. Credit Packs

One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If you purchased credits and experienced a technical issue that prevented their use, contact us within 30 days and we will review your request.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@knoka.ai with:

• Your account email address
• The purchase date and amount
• The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Early Access Period

During the early access period, Knoka is free to use. No charges will be made without explicit notice and your consent. This policy will be updated when paid tiers launch.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and communicated by email for significant changes.
